The Bulb Story

Created by Julie Lantry in 2001, the fashion lingerie line was first sold at Bulb's retail outlet in Bondi that soon grew to a larger store in Double Bay as well as many other retailers including Fenwicks and Top Shop in London and David Jones and Becker Minty in Sydney.

Bulb's design philosophy follows a woman's evolution, recognizing her shifting seasonal tastes and needs” says Lantry. She travels the globe for sensual fabrics and feminine treats to ensure she keeps a fresh approach to her luxurious product. After spending a lot of time in India over the years. Lantry has discovered the talents of some very amazing artisans. Touched by their stories and excited by their skills and incredible crafts, she works with them to develop beautiful and individual garments.

Bulb has now grown with blossoming success to include three labels under lantry's design Umbrella.
